All Hail Galactica!

On a lighter note... the updated version of Battlestar Galactica just ended, and I must say, that's my favorite season of TV in a long time. This was just good stuff. Not perfect, but damn good. There is a layer of threat, of oppression that I don't think I've ever seen before on a space opera like this. Also, I don't think I've seen a show incorporate that post 9-11 unease into a totaly fictional, fantastical setting like this. And so well.
As the twin towers of sci-fi franchises, Star Trek and Star Wars, put out their torches forevermore, it's good to know there's something to satisfy that jones I have for good scifi tv.
In a few days I think I'll post an ep guide with reviews. They are going to start reruning the season next friday so check it out, if you haven't.(Ron, I'm looking in your direction...)
